To celebrate the opening of Si Yan Teochew Dining at Palais Renaissance, guests are invited to discover our selection of freshly prepared dim sum with a special opening-month promotion throughout 1–30 November 2026!

For our first month of opening, guests who spend a minimum of $50 on à la carte food items can enjoy 50% off all dim sum, with no limit on the number of dim sum dishes ordered.

Available daily during lunch from 11:00am to 3:00pm, our dim sum selection brings together a variety of steamed, fried and pan-fried favourites, prepared to complement Si Yan’s à la carte Teochew dining experience.

Terms and Conditions:
● Promotion is valid throughout November 2026 during lunch hours (11:00am – 03:00pm) only.
● A minimum spend of $50 on à la carte food items is required to enjoy 50% off all dim sum.
● Membership is required.
● Dim sum and beverages are not included in the $50 minimum spend.
● Minimum spend is calculated before GST and service charge.
● Upon meeting the minimum spend, all dim sum items ordered will enjoy 50% off, with no quantity limit.
● Valid for dine-in for dining hall only.
● Available daily, including weekends.
● Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, membership benefits or privileges.
